How this actually works

I can’t take a new client until one of my current ten lands a role.

That’s not scarcity marketing. It’s how the thing is built. My income literally cannot grow unless the people I’m working with get hired.

Every other coach cashes the check and moves on. I keep working free until you land — so my time’s on the line, not just your money.

  • ·Your resume and LinkedIn rebuilt to read as remote-ready
  • ·Every week, a shortlist of roles picked FOR you — not a list, a handful with a reason attached
  • ·Direct feedback on your applications and outreach before you send them
  • ·Interview prep for the ones that land

What you do

  • ·Apply to the roles I send. Five a week, minimum.
  • ·Show up to the calls.

If you do that and you don’t get hired, I keep working with you free until you do. Six months of active work, then we review.

Who this is not for

I’ll be straight.

If you have no remote-capable skill and no track record, I can’t help you and I won’t take your money.

This works for people who already do something a company would pay for — engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, ops, writing — and just can’t get in front of the companies hiring globally.
