Freepare is operated by 17955626 Canada Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). This Refund Policy explains the terms under which customers may request refunds for Freepare products and services, which include: the AI Advisor subscription ($19/month), the Freedom Plan (a personalized written plan plus a 1-on-1 call), and the Freedom Journey (a six-month done-with-you engagement).
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Freepare products. If you don't feel a Freepare product gave you real value, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund you. No questions asked, no fault required.
The 14-day window is measured as follows:
To request a refund, email support@freepare.io within the applicable 14-day window. Include the email address associated with your purchase, and the product (Advisor / Plan / Journey). You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request within the 14-day window.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. Depending on your card issuer or bank, the refund may take an additional 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
For AI Advisor subscription renewals or billing cycles after the initial 14-day window, refunds are issued at our discretion based on the specific circumstances of the request. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal to prevent future billing.
The Freedom Plan and Freedom Journey are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. After the applicable 14-day window has elapsed, refunds for these services are issued at our discretion based on the specific circumstances. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
If you take a founding tier refund — The Freedom Plan at $297 (limited to the first 5 clients), or the AI Advisor at any introductory founding price — you forfeit your founding-tier status. Your founding spot returns to the pool and may be filled by another customer.
If you purchase from Freepare again after a refund, you will be billed at the standard rate in effect at that time, not the founding rate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal accessible from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Freepare through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period. To request a refund, follow the process described above.
